]]>Dr. David began his career at The Portland Clinic then in 1982 along with Paul Bailey, MD, Paul Robinson, MD and William Prendergast, MD founded the Oregon Medical Eye Clinic (OMEC). In 1997 OMEC became part of Eye Health Northwest where Dr. David has been in active practiced since. Roger was a kind, caring physician and accomplished surgeon who always took the time to learn the personal details about his patients, and he earned their loyal devotion because of this. He was a busy practitioner and fully engaged in the management of our practice, but had many outside interests including travel, guitar, Spanish and fitness. He was definitely doing what he loved today when this tragic event happened.
